| What Are Your Hours? | |
| Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Saturday & 10 to 4 on Sunday. Tenants in good standing can access their units from 7 am to 7pm Seven days a week even on holidays. | |
| Do You Carry Moving Supplies? | |
| Yes! We have an onsite packing supply store. | |
| Are hallway and 2nd floor really dust free? | |
| Since they are away from the traffic at street level and fully enclosed, there will be significantly less dust. However no hallway or unit can be completely dust free. | |
| Is Use of Your Truck Really Free? | |
| Yes! We offer complementary rent within a 30 mile radius of our facility to move in. All we ask is that you replace the fuel you use. | |
